McCoy (and USA) pottery are something that always catch my eye. They are often in bright, vibrant glazes but just as common in more muted pastels which should allow you to choose a palette upon which to build your collection quite easily. They also come in really fun, varied forms – from a simple textured planter to a more playful animal shape. You often find that people have a collection of McCoy pieces in a specific palette, but the one-off piece is just as cheerful.
